For your convenience, our website only displays products that are currently in stock. This ensures you can browse and shop with ease without encountering out-of-stock items. 2. Will the hoodie colors match exactly what I see on my screen?
While we strive to ensure the colors displayed on our website are as accurate as possible, slight variations may occur due to differences in screen settings or lighting. The actual hoodie color might differ slightly from what you see on your device.
3. How do I ensure I order the correct size?
To ensure the perfect fit, please refer to the measurements guide available on our home page. Use a measuring tape and follow the instructions precisely to select the right size. Since all our hoodies are custom-made to order to minimize waste, they are not returnable. It’s crucial to double-check your measurements before placing an order.

1. Can I place a bulk order or purchase hoodies for a team?

Shipping & Delivery
1. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, we are working to expand our shipping options and hope to introduce international shipping in the coming months. Stay tuned for updates!
2. How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Our average processing time is 2–5 business days. Once your hoodie ships, you will receive a tracking number and an email notification to keep you updated on the delivery status.
3. Where will my order be shipped from?
Your order will be shipped directly from our printing provider, which is based in Florida or another state depending on availability and logistics. This ensures efficient processing and delivery times.
4. What shipping carriers do you use?
We use trusted carriers to ensure your hoodies arrive safely and promptly. Specific carrier details will be included in your shipping confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
1. What is your returns and exchanges policy?
Return/ Exchange Policy
All of our hoodies and apparel and printed when a customer places an order. For this reason, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges. Kindly ensure that you take a look at the measurements guide and get measured accordingly before placing any order. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
For any exceptions deemed feasible by our team, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
